On Friday evening West Mead 1 responded with Vernon Central Hose and Cochranton Volunteer Fire Dept & Emergency Service to a reported structure fire.
West Mead 1 firefighters responded with other fire companies to assist Meadville Central with a structure fire at a single-family residence on Pine Street.
At 10:28 PM West Mead 1 was dispatched to assist with a working residential fire in Vernon Township, a well-involved single-story home on S Mosiertown Rd.
West Mead 1 responded with mutual aid departments to a reported basement fire on Scarlet Ave. Crews arrived to find light smoke from an extinguished fire, and completed overhaul and ventilation in the building.
