Just after midnight West Mead #1 was dispatched as part of a 2nd Alarm assignment to the City of Meadville for a structure fire on Market Street. West Mead 1 responded with 12 members and assisted Meadville Central with suppression and overhaul efforts. Crews returned to service just after 4:00 am this morning.

Other fire companies on scene included Saegertown, Vernon Central, and West Mead 2, with Meadville Ambulance providing a medical standby crew.
