Structure Fire - Assist to Cochranton - March 26, 2010

Shortly after 8:00 Cochranton Fire Department was dipatched for a reported structure fire on the Franklin Pike.  West Mead #1 was dispatched for automatic aid along with East Mead and Utica (Venango County).  28-11 and 28-12 responded and arrived on scene to assist Cochranton to ventilation and salvage operations.  28-13 responded and staged at the scene to possible tanker shuttle operations.  West Mead #2 responded their Rapid Intervention Team after Cochranton arrived on scene a determined there to be a working fire.  Crews operated on the scene for just under an hour and returned to service shortly after 10:00 p.m.
